Our Story
In 2024, Neha Singhal watched Salesforce teams at enterprise after enterprise struggle with the same problem: they had world-class CRM data locked inside their org, but turning that data into professional proposals, contracts, invoices, and reports meant hours of manual copy-paste, formatting, and error-prone rework.
The existing solutions all shared the same flaw. They required data to leave the Salesforce security boundary, routed through external servers and third-party APIs. For teams in regulated industries, that was a non-starter. For everyone else, it meant latency, complexity, and yet another vendor to manage.
Neha founded Nimaxiom Service Private Limited in Jaipur, India with a radical premise: what if the entire document engine ran inside Salesforce? No external calls. No middleware. No data leakage. Just a managed package that installs in under 10 minutes and generates DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PDF, HTML, and CSV from any Salesforce object.
That idea became NimeDocs. Today, we are building for Salesforce teams worldwide who need to generate in seconds the documents that used to take hours. From quote proposals to compliance reports, from sales decks to financial statements, NimeDocs handles it all without requiring data to leave the org for document generation.

Before starting NimeDocs, Neha spent years working at the intersection of Salesforce consulting and enterprise software, where she saw firsthand how much time teams wasted on manual document creation. She knew there had to be a better way, one that did not require sacrificing security for convenience.
Based in Jaipur, India, Neha leads a team of engineers and product designers who are obsessed with building software that is both powerful and delightfully simple. Under her leadership, NimeDocs is building document automation for Salesforce teams across industries ranging from financial services to healthcare to manufacturing.
